Make
your own Oil Glaze
To
make an oil glaze, begin with a transparent oil based
blend and glaze, add alkyd paint and thinner. The
intensity of the color will be determined by the amount of
oil paint added to the mix.
Basic recipe: 1 part blend and glaze, 1 part oil based
paint and 1 part thinner. Experiment from there.
HINT: Alkyd (oil) glazes stay wet the longest and allow
the most manipulation time. |
